What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal payments.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using the PayPal service and entering your debit or credit card details at the payment stage.

All payment details are managed and stored by PayPal. We do not record or have access to any of your payment details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on the size of the order we take between 2 and 4 days to ship your items. We then ship your order by Royal Mail signed 48hr delivery.

Do you ship to countries other than the UK?

Yes, but it depends on the Country. Please get in contact to discuss your order with us directly via our contact form.

How do I add my own design?

Adding your own images or designs is part of the designer process.

Simply pick you item and any specifics such as size, colour etc. then click the “Customise” button to be taken to our simple product designer.

There you can upload you image, add text, shapes and even draw on your design.

Once you are happy with the content, add it to your basket.

Do you have any designs I can choose from?

We are working on some original designs you can use on their own as part of your own design. When available they will be shown in the product designer.

Should I have my design embroidered or Printed?

That depends on the design. Normally large designs and images will be printed however, small, less detailed designs such as logos benefit from being embroidered. If you are unsure, get in touch via the contact form and we can discuss your requirements.

Can I send you my clothes to print on?

For single items, normally no BUT, get in touch with us using the contact form, and we can have a chat about your options.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or no longer want your unique design, let us know as soon as possible. As long as we haven’t started the print process we can arrange to cancel or amend your order.

However, once the item has been created/shipped we cannot accept any cancelations.
